Signing the Agreement

Please read the agreement carefully, make sure that you fully understand the implications. Depending on the move in date, a minimum of one month rent must be paid in advance, plus a dilaphadations deposit equivalent to six weeks rent minus the holding deposit. The tenancy agreement must be signed on or before the date of occupation, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment for this.
The initial payment must be made by one of the following methods;

• Cash
• Building Society cheque drawn in favour of Ultimate Connexions Ltd
• Bankers draft drawn in favour of Ultimate Connexions Ltd
• Bank transfer via BAC or CHAPS

The deposit will be held against possible breakages, cleaning and unpaid bills to the rented property and will be returned, subject to everything being found satisfactory at the end of the tenancy.

ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE BY CASH OR STANDING ORDER BY THE MONTHLY DUE DATE.
